Fast Delivery but not as expected

I was happy with the fast delivery but in the design of the name tags I did state I was looking for a magnetic backed name tag and while I approved the overall design, I had thought the tags would come as requested like a name tag with a magnetic back instead I received the design as approved but in sticker format and nowhere in the approval did it mention the name tags were stickers instead of an actual badge, a sticker is not very professional looking for a nurse.
