Delivery surcharge for large items and orders**

Larger products and order quantities are more difficult and costly for our shipping partners to get to you. As a result, we’ve recently introduced an extra delivery fee of $9.99 for orders that contain large items or order quantities. This fee is charged in addition to our Standard and Fast Track delivery fees, regardless of whether your order qualifies for free delivery. Don’t worry, it won’t be charged more than once if your order contains multiple large items.

We’ll always let you know any delivery fees associated with your order at checkout and you can see a full breakdown of products or orders this may apply to in our "exceptions" list below.


Delivery options

Here’s a breakdown of your delivery options, calculated from the day you place your order. These timeframes include the time it takes to print your order and ship it.

For a limited time only, get 1 greeting card delivered for $3.99. Applies to orders of 1 card only, using standard delivery speeds. Regular shipping rates apply to orders of 2 or more cards and when purchasing multiple products. Check out our delivery options and costs below.

We print most products locally in Melbourne and work with our carrier network to get your order to you as fast as possible. Please note, the delivery timeframes listed do not include delays from our couriers. We’ll try to give you the most up-to-date delivery estimate when you checkout.

Delivery estimates for orders made after 8pm AEST are calculated from the next business day. If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday, we’ll process and send it out between Monday – Friday.

Exceptions to delivery costs

Some of our products are more difficult and expensive for our carriers to ship to you. As a result, larger items may incur an additional delivery fee of $9.99. This also includes ordering large quantities of select products.

This extra fee is charged in addition to our Standard and Fast Track delivery fees and even if your order qualifies for free delivery. Don’t worry, it won’t be charged more than once if your order contains multiple large items.

Exceptions to delivery speeds & options

A few of our products will take a little longer to produce and ship. Most, but not all, of these are listed here:

  • Teamwear: 15 business days
  • Flags: 20 business days
  • Stand Up Pouches: 20 business days
  • Promotional Boxes: 20 business days
  • Pillow Boxes: 20 business days

Additionally, select clothing, bags and promotional products (pens, drinkware, technology etc.) may only be available with Standard delivery.

If your order includes products with different delivery speeds, it can be split into separate deliveries. This avoids delaying products that you can receive sooner.

You'll have a choice of delivery speeds, depending on which products are in your cart. For example, if some of your items are available for Fast Track delivery, you will be able to choose this option. You only need to select and pay for one speed.

Multiple shipments & delivery speeds

During checkout for every order, we'll show you an expected delivery time for each of your products – and we’ll let you know if some items need to be delivered in separate packages. This avoids delaying products that you can receive sooner.

You'll usually have a choice of delivery speeds, depending on which products are in your cart. For example, if some of your items are available for Fast Track delivery, you’ll be able to choose this option. You only need to select and pay for one speed.

International orders

We add a 30% delivery surcharge on orders placed through our Australian site to addresses outside of Australia, due to delivery methods. Please be aware that not all products from Clothing & Bags and Promotional Merchandise can be shipped internationally.

If you do want to deliver to an international location, you can check if there’s a VistaPrint website for the country or territory you want to send to. Just click the flag dropdown on the bottom right of the page. If there’s a site specific to the country you want to deliver to, you may need to rebuild your design.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it? A: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). Tracking availability depends on the different carriers we use. If tracking is available, we’ll send the tracking code in your shipment confirmation email. You can also go to your order history to look up tracking info.

Q: Which couriers do you use? A: We use Australia Post to deliver items in your order that we print in our Australian facility in Victoria. Products not printed in Australia are delivered using a variety of international couriers.

Q: Why can't my order be delivered to my P.O box? A: Due to the various delivery couriers we use, we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O boxes. Additionally, there are parcel restrictions that limit what can be delivered:

  • XL Banner Stands
  • Large banners and posters
  • A0 Foam Boards and Corflute Signs
  • 1200 x 900mm Aluminium and Acrylic Signs and Prints

Q: Do you offer fast track delivery? A: Yes, we offer Fast Track delivery for most of our products, which includes the time it takes to print your order and ship it. The delivery timeframe for Fast Track varies based on your location (from 2-10 business days). We’ll display your delivery options and estimated date of arrival at checkout, or you can view our table above.

Our Fast Track option speeds up the production of your order. We may still use regular parcel post to send your order or an express courier service when needed. We’ll be sure to work with our carriers to deliver your order on the estimated arrival date you see at checkout.

Q: What’s the difference between Standard and Fast Track delivery? A: We offer two different delivery speeds:

Standard. We’ll print your product within our normal production process and send your order by regular courier or post.

Fast Track. We’ll speed up the printing and production of your order, so it gets to you sooner. We may use regular or express post to deliver your products.

Whatever speed you choose, we’ll work with our couriers to make sure your order gets to you by the estimated arrival date you see at checkout.

Q: If I choose Fast Track delivery, will you send my order by express post? A: Not necessarily. Our Fast Track delivery option means that we’ll speed up the printing and production of your order. We may still use regular or standard post to send your order to you by the estimated arrival date you see at checkout.

Q: Do your delivery speeds include production time? A: Yes. Our listed speeds include both the time it takes to print your order and deliver it to the address provided.

Q: Are your delivery times guaranteed? A: When you add an item to your cart, you’ll be asked to choose a shipping speed. After that, we’ll show you the expected arrival date for your item – and we stand by that. Obviously, bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time, you’re not satisfied – and neither are we. Contact us and we’ll make it right.

Q: Can I arrange for my own delivery provider / courier to deliver my order? A: We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accommodate special delivery requests.

Q: Will my order be delivered during business hours? A: Typically, all deliveries will be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.

Q: My package was supposed to arrive today, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do? A: Packages may arrive as late as 6pm (local time), so it may arrive later in the day. If available, you can also view your tracking information in your Order History under My Account. And feel free to Contact us at any time – we're happy to help.
